By registering for and attending CleanCon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and guests.
Event Admission
Your registration grants you access to CleanCon for the dates and ticket type purchased.
Badges are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by CleanCon.
CleanCon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these terms, without refund.
Code of Conduct
CleanCon is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
By attending, you agree to:
Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and partners with respect.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.
CleanCon reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event without refund, if this code is violated.
Event Changes
CleanCon reserves the right to:
Modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue as necessary.
Cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, government restrictions, or force majeure.
If the event is canceled by CleanCon, refunds will be handled according to the Refund Policy below.
Assumption of Risk
You understand that attending an in-person event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to illness or injury. By attending CleanCon, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release CleanCon from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
CleanCon is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
Travel or lodging expenses
Business decisions or outcomes resulting from information shared at the event
CleanCon Refund Policy

We understand plans change. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled.
Ticket Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee from the same company with prior written approval from CleanCon.
Event Cancellation
If CleanCon cancels the event:
Attendees will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid, excluding any processing fees.
CleanCon is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses.
Event Changes
Schedule changes, speaker substitutions, or format adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the event does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
CleanCon Photo & Video Release

By attending CleanCon, you grant CleanCon the right to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken during the event.
Grant of Rights
You authorize CleanCon to:
Photograph, record, and film you during the event
Use your likeness, voice, name, and appearance in promotional, educational, and marketing materials
These materials may be used:
In print, digital, and online formats
On websites, social media, advertising, and future event promotions
Without compensation, royalties, or additional approval
Ownership
All photos and recordings are the sole property of CleanCon.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify CleanCon staff in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made, CleanCon cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.
Agreement
By registering for or attending CleanCon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the CleanCon Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Photo & Video Release.
