  • Dates: Sunday through Wednesday, March 15-18, 2026

  • Conference Rate: $249 per night

  • Availability: Limited room block available while supplies last

This exclusive rate is only available to registered CleanCon guests and is expected to sell out. Booking early ensures you are onsite for networking, morning sessions, and all three days of event programming.

  • The Conrad Indianapolis is located in the heart of downtown. It is directly connected to the Indianapolis Artsgarden, which is where our Monday evening programming will take place.

  • Clean Con attendees can book rooms at $249 per night while supplies last within our limited room block.

  • Monday through Wednesday nights during the conference.

  • You will receive a dedicated booking link in your registration confirmation email. Follow the link and select your preferred nights inside the room block.

  • Rooms are first come first served. Once the block is full, additional rooms will be subject to standard Conrad pricing. We strongly recommend booking early.

  • Yes. Wifi is complimentary for all guests. During the event, the Wifi Sponsor’s custom password will be prominently displayed.

  • Yes. The Conrad offers valet parking and there are multiple public garages nearby. Rates vary by garage.

  • Guests enjoy access to a fitness center, spa services, onsite dining, concierge support, and beautifully appointed rooms.

  • It is directly connected to the Conrad through the skywalk system. You can walk to Monday evening’s programming without going outside.

  • The Conrad’s cancellation policy will be listed on your booking link and confirmation email. Most standard policies allow cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival.

  • Absolutely. Staying at the host hotel gives you the easiest access to sessions, networking, after hours events, and spontaneous conversations that make CleanCon special.
