Roxana Aviles

COO | Maids and Moore

Panel: Lead Your Team: Scaling Beyond Owner Dependence

Roxana Aviles is the COO of Maids and Moore, where she has spent 16 years building her career from the ground up. She began as a cleaner, giving her firsthand experience with the day-to-day realities of the work before growing into an operations and customer service leader.

Today, Roxana specializes in operations management, team development, conflict resolution, and customer relations. Throughout her career, she has helped strengthen the business by implementing standardized processes, improving team communication and scheduling, and developing quality-control systems designed to increase efficiency and deliver a better client experience.

Her journey from cleaner to COO shapes the way she leads. Roxana understands the needs of frontline employees because she has been in their shoes, and she brings that perspective into building accountable, high-performing teams. Her experience offers a practical look at how strong operations, thoughtful leadership, and continuous improvement can create better experiences for both employees and customers.

Derek Christian

Cleaning Industry Entrepreneur, Business Coach & Acquisition Expert

Derek Christian has spent nearly two decades building, buying, growing, and selling businesses. In 2008, he left a career at Procter & Gamble to purchase his first residential cleaning company just as the Great Recession began—and tripled its size within three years.

That acquisition launched a career that has included more than 20 business transactions, giving Derek firsthand experience on both sides of the table. Today, he helps residential cleaning business owners understand what makes a company valuable, what makes buyers take notice, and how decisions made today can dramatically affect a future exit.

Derek’s work goes beyond buying and selling. He helps owners strengthen operations, financial performance, leadership, and organizational structure so their companies become more profitable and less dependent on them. His goal is simple: help owners build stronger businesses now while creating something that will command greater value when the time eventually comes to sell.

Nichole Kalb

Owner | Paragon Cleaning

Co-Host | Our Business Shenanigans Podcast

Panel: Impact Talk with Drew Larison

Lead Your People: Hiring, Training & Culture That Lasts

Nicole Kalb founded Paragon Cleaning in 2017 with a faith-led vision to serve people and very little else. For years, the business was primarily Nicole, occasionally supported by a 1099 helper. Then, in early 2022, she made the decision to build a true company around real jobs.

Since then, Paragon has grown from approximately $100,000 to $2 million in revenue with a team of more than 30 W2 employees. Nicole credits much of that growth to taking hiring seriously. She uses structured pre-screens and scored interviews, hires for character, trains for skill, and backs high expectations with livable wages, paid certifications, intentional onboarding, and consistently enforced standards.

Nicole also co-hosts the Our Business Shenanigans podcast and encourages other owners to market harder and recruit earlier than they think they need to. Her approach is built around growing fast without allowing growth to turn into chaos—and helping make cleaning a genuine career rather than simply a temporary job.

Drew Larison

CEO | Five Door Media

Co-Founder | CleanCon

Panel: Impact Talk with Drew Larison

Fireside Chat: Drew Larison with Martha Woodward

Drew Larison is the CEO of Five Door Media, a marketing agency focused on helping cleaning companies generate more leads, convert more opportunities, and turn their marketing investment into sustainable business growth.

Working closely with cleaning business owners has shown Drew that growth rarely comes down to simply generating more leads. The entire customer journey has to work. His Five Door Method helps owners identify where growth is breaking down across marketing, customer experience, and the sales process so they can fix the gaps preventing attention from becoming actual revenue.

Drew brings an energetic, practical perspective to marketing and business growth. He challenges owners to think bigger while staying grounded in their numbers, systems, and results. His focus is helping cleaning companies move beyond disconnected marketing tactics and build an engine where lead generation, sales, and customer experience work together to create measurable growth.

She is the founder of Jeff Likes Clean Windows, Likes Accounting Company, Boxed for the Trades, and Bookkeeping Academy Online, as well as an owner of multiple other businesses. Through those ventures, Meaghan has educated tens of thousands of business owners on understanding their finances and using that knowledge to build more financially rewarding companies and lives.

The businesses Meaghan works with collectively generate more than $100 million in annual revenue, averaging 22% net profit and growth rates above 30%. She has also advised clients through more than 30 private equity transactions totaling nearly $2 billion in value. Her strength is making complicated financial concepts practical—helping entrepreneurs understand what their numbers are actually telling them and what to do next.

Heather Loveland-Button

Founder | Home Sweet Home Cleaning

Heather Loveland-Button founded Home Sweet Home Cleaning in 2014 and grew it from cleaning homes herself into a Central New York residential cleaning company with more than 30 employees and an annual run rate approaching $2.5 million.

In the first half of 2026, the company grew revenue 42%, including a 75% year-over-year increase in June—all while Heather spent much of the summer away from daily operations at her family’s mountain camp. That freedom was the result of years spent intentionally developing systems, documenting processes, building leaders, and creating accountability throughout the company.

Heather built the business while also raising two children born 19 months apart, an experience that strengthened her commitment to creating a company that could grow without consuming its owner. Today, she is beginning to bring those lessons to other cleaning business owners through coaching focused on stronger teams, better systems, increased revenue, and ultimately more freedom.

Panel: Lead Your Team: Scaling Beyond Owner Dependence

Donny Minchillo

Founder | Joy AI

Panel: Impact Talk with David Loria

Lead the Future: Innovation, AI, & Smarter Growth

Donny Minchillo is the founder of Joy AI, a technology company built to help business owners simplify operations, improve communication, and create more efficient companies through automation and artificial intelligence.

Joy AI brings important business processes, information, and workflows into one place so teams can stay organized, aligned, and accountable. By automating repetitive administrative work and creating more consistent systems, the platform is designed to give owners and their teams more time to focus on higher-value work.

Donny’s work sits at the intersection of technology and practical business operations. Rather than treating AI as another complicated tool, his focus is on helping entrepreneurs use it to solve everyday problems: reducing administrative workload, strengthening accountability, improving decision-making, and creating smoother operations. His perspective gives CleanCon attendees a practical look at how emerging technology can support—not complicate—the way a growing business runs.

Fireside Chat: Molly Moran & Holly Moore with Derek Christian

Impact Talk with Holly Moore

Holly Moore

Founder & Co-Owner | The Cleaning Software

Holly Moore has been part of the cleaning industry since 2008, bringing firsthand experience as a service business owner to her work in cleaning technology. Along the way, she helped grow a privately owned cleaning company to approximately 150 employees, giving her a deep understanding of the operational challenges that come with scale.

As the business grew, Holly and her team struggled to find cleaning software that truly matched the way they needed their company to operate. Instead of continuing to work around the limitations of existing platforms, they decided to build the solution they wanted themselves.

After years of development and real-world testing inside their own business, The Cleaning Software launched nationally in 2024. Holly brings the perspective of an operator who understands that technology only matters when it makes the business easier to run. Her experience connects software, systems, and the practical realities of operating a large residential cleaning company.

Kim Morefield

Founder | Green House Clean

Panel: Impact Talk with Drew Larison

Lead Your People: Hiring, Training & Culture That Lasts

Kim Morefield’s path into entrepreneurship began long before she owned a cleaning company. She worked her way through college cleaning and discovered that she genuinely enjoyed the work. After more than 15 years in education, she left teaching and launched Green House Cleaning in 2017 to create more time with her four children.

Kim started as a solo cleaner with one house, then two, and continued growing until she needed a team. Her husband, Scott, brought experience as a staffing industry executive and eventually joined the company full time in January 2024 as the business reached a new stage of growth.

Today, Green House Cleaning generates more than $1.5 million in annual gross revenue and operates from two locations in Bristol and Kingsport, Tennessee. Kim’s story is one of steady, intentional growth—from doing every clean herself to building a multi-location company—and the evolution required as an owner moves from doing the work to leading the business.

Molly Moran

Founder & CEO | green sweep

Founder | LIVE BRIGHT Coaching

Co-Founder | CleanCon

Fireside Chat: Molly Moran & Holly Moore with Derek Christian

Impact Talk with Molly Moran: Lead Your Brand Becoming the Company Clients Choose

Molly Moran is the founder and CEO of green sweep, a residential cleaning company with more than 45 employees, the founder of LIVE BRIGHT Coaching, and a co-founder of CleanCon.

As both a cleaning business owner and leadership coach, Molly understands that scaling a company takes more than better strategies and systems. At some point, the owner has to grow too. Her work focuses on the intersection of leadership, culture, accountability, personal development, and business strategy—helping owners build organizations where strong performance and great people can thrive together.

Molly brings a pragmatic, deeply human, and often fun approach to business growth. She challenges entrepreneurs to take greater ownership, lead with more clarity and courage, and intentionally create the culture their next stage of growth requires. Ultimately, her work is about helping owners build companies capable of creating more impact, more profit, and more freedom.

Todd Northcutt

TnP Cleaning Solutions | Abilene, Texas

Panel: Impact Talk with David Loria

Lead the Future: Innovation, AI, & Smarter Griowth

Todd Northcutt is part of TnP Cleaning Solutions in Abilene, Texas, a business he entered because of his wife—and one where he quickly discovered an unexpected passion of his own.

Todd loves the numbers behind the business: watching pennies become dollars, understanding where money is going, and finding practical ways to improve profitability. He describes himself as a pencil-and-paper guy who would probably still reach for a calculator before an app, giving him a refreshingly straightforward approach to understanding business performance.

At the same time, Todd has learned to appreciate technology when it serves a clear purpose—especially when it gives an owner time back. His perspective combines old-school attention to the numbers with an openness to smarter systems, making his experience particularly relevant for owners trying to balance profitability, efficiency, and technology without overcomplicating the business.

Jen Rodgers

Founder | Just Peachy Clean & Profit Pathways

Co-Host | Our Business Shenanigans Podcast

Panel: Impact Talk with Molly Moran

Lead Your Brand: Becoming the Company Clients Choose

Jen Rodgers is the founder and owner of Just Peachy Clean, a residential cleaning company she launched in 2014 and has grown into a multi-award-winning, million-dollar operation serving coastal Volusia County, Florida.

She is also the founder of Profit Pathways, a training and group coaching platform for cleaning business owners, and co-host of the Our Business Shenanigans podcast. Drawing from more than a decade of hands-on operating experience, Jen helps owners strengthen their systems, sharpen their pricing, and build teams capable of consistently delivering to standard.

Her philosophy comes down to three things: clarity, strategy, and profits. Jen’s approach is practical and candid because it comes from experience inside a company she still operates herself. She understands the gap between advice that sounds good and strategies that actually work in a residential cleaning business—and focuses firmly on the latter.

Sharon Tinberg

Entrepreneur, Author & Founder | Clean Smart Academy

Panel: Impact Talk with Drew Larison

Lead Your People: Hiring, Training & Culture That Lasts

Sharon Tinberg has spent more than 35 years proving that successful service businesses aren’t built by chance. They’re built through disciplined leadership, great people, and repeatable systems.

In 1988, Sharon and her husband acquired The Upstairs Maid with just 30 repeat clients. Over the next 20 years, they grew it to 754 repeat clients, 495 homes cleaned each week, approximately $1.98 million in annual revenue, and a team of 60 before selling the company in 2008.

Sharon went on to found Rags to Riches and spent nearly two decades consulting with residential cleaning companies across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. After visiting more than 70 cleaning companies and observing hundreds of cleaners in the field, she used those lessons to develop Clean Smart Academy, a structured training system designed to improve consistency, training time, and retention. She is also the author of Repeatable and continues testing the principles she teaches through Clean Smart Home Cleaning.

Carmine White

CEO & Co-Founder | Adrianne’s Housekeeping

Carmine White has been an entrepreneur since his mid-20s, building businesses across flooring distribution, power engineering, real estate development and construction, and residential services.

Today, he is the CEO and co-founder of Adrianne’s Housekeeping, which he and his wife, Adrianne, have grown from a small family business into a company generating more than $5 million in annual revenue across the Seattle metro area.

As the company has grown, Carmine’s role has evolved with it. His focus today is on strategy, finance, technology, leadership development, and creating the systems required for the next stage of the business. A central part of that work is reducing dependence on the founders and building an organization capable of scaling through a strong leadership team. Carmine brings the perspective of an entrepreneur actively navigating the transition from successful owner-led company to a larger, more durable organization.

Panel: Lead Your Team: Scaling Beyond Owner Dependence

Martha Woodward

Co-Founder | Quality Driven Software

Residential Cleaning Entrepreneur & Culture Strategist

Martha Woodward is the co-founder of Quality Driven Software and a seasoned entrepreneur who spent 13 years building and leading a successful residential cleaning business as an absentee owner.

Based 90 miles away from the company’s workspace, Martha had to learn how to maintain quality, develop accountability, and empower employees without relying on constant onsite management. After navigating what she candidly describes as the early “pit of despair,” she ultimately built a company that achieved a 98% client satisfaction rate with no management staff onsite.

Today, Martha shares those lessons through speaking and education focused on culture transformation, workforce empowerment, and self-directed teams. Her work helps business owners create environments where employees take greater initiative and responsibility while reducing the company’s dependence on frontline management. Martha’s perspective is especially valuable for owners chasing a goal many entrepreneurs want but struggle to achieve: a high-performing business that doesn’t require their constant presence.
